- Vineyards: Owned by the Eisele family for over three decades, this organically-farmed vineyard is located in the Chiles Valley AVA in the northeastern part of Napa Valley. The vineyard grows at elevations of 900’-1,100’. Winter and spring seasons are colder here, leading to a later growing season than the valley floor. Soils are marine-based. Chiles Valley Cabernets stand out for their succulent blackberry flavors balanced by firm tannins and taut acidity.
