2019 Carneros Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay has soft aromas of Asian pear, honeydew melon with toasted brioche and a touch of a marzipan. The well-balanced acidity extends with lingering citrus notes.
41% New French oak
This Chardonnay was fermented over an extended period in a cooler cellar to preserve fruit aromas. 70% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation and 100% underwent weekly stirring which continued into late spring to further add richness and texture.
