2022 Napa Valley Rosé

Tasting Notes

Salmon pink in color, this rosé has notes of wild strawberries, watermelon, and fresh pink flowers. The palate is medium bodied with vibrant citrus acidity and a rounded, creamy finish.

Food Pairings

This Rosé pairs wonderfully with summer salads and seafood.

The juice was racked to stainless-steel drums and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve vibrant aromas while utilizing different yeasts to coax out different characteristics.
