Handpicked grapes were whole cluster pressed and the juice racked to barrel after settling for a few days. This Chardonnay was fermented over an extended period in a cooler cellar to preserve fruit aromas. 62% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation and 100% underwent weekly stirring which continued into late spring to further add richness and texture.
